Refund and Returns Policy

At Minoxidil Extra Strength, we stand behind the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. We are committed to providing a reliable and fair shopping experience, in accordance with applicable regulations in the United States and Ecuador.

Cancellations

You may request the cancellation of your order for physical products before it is shipped. To do so, please contact us as soon as possible at: sales@minoxidil.us.
Once the order has been processed and is in transit, it will not be possible to cancel the order.

Returns

We accept product returns under the following conditions:

• The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and in good condition.
• For cosmetic products such as Minoxidil Extra Strength, for hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted if the product has been opened or used.
• Return requests must be made within 15 calendar days of the order receipt date.
• The customer must arrange the return shipment, and the associated costs may be the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds

• Once we have received and inspected the returned product at our distribution center, we will process the refund within 3 to 5 business days.
• The refund will be made by bank transfer or the original payment method, as applicable and in accordance with the regulations of each country.
• Please note that, depending on the bank or financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
• In the case of cancellations prior to shipment, the refund will be processed within 1 business day after confirmation of the cancellation.
